Welcome
As a teacher
in Primary Schools Natalie often saw the frustration
suffered by the Assistant Principal as they struggled to
find casual relief teachers to fill vacancies.
Teacher
Relief Services was established to create a point of access
for both primary schools looking for staff and casual
replacement teachers looking for work. It is a simple
concept - a central person organizing relief staff.
Over the
last eleven years, Teacher Relief Services has built an
excellent reputation for not just finding replacement
teachers but matching appropriate teachers to vacant
positions.
Through
our persistence and diligence to provide a professional
service, our company has won the prestigious award of
'Highly Recommended Provider in Customer Service', through
the Australian Achiever Awards Scheme 2006.
Teacher Relief Services is
pleased to announce the opening of its resource
centre for teachers.
The
Teacher Resource Bookshop
is located at
Shop 2
103 High St
Hastings.
We're open 9-5 weekdays
and 9-12 on Saturdays.

Some of the comments Australian Achiever received
from Teacher Relief Services P/L clients are:
"We would be. without a doubt , one of their
biggest customers and we have very complex needs to
be met and Natalie is fantastic at that. We
liaise with TRS is any problems arise and make sure
that all is sorted and the parties concerned are
satisfied. The staff at TRS are very
professional, friendly and very approachable.
We get feedback from our relief teachers that other
agencies are no where near as good as this one."
"Teacher Relief Services are very thorough.
They advise us in a timely manner of casual relief
teachers that they are sending us and they are
prompt to act if any problems arise. They are
always very courteous and they address any problems
promptly, they are very good with their customer
service and they meet our needs "
"Their main function at Teacher Relief is to
provide emergency teachers. At the first point
of call on the telephone you are always met with a
friendly voice and nothing is too much hassle.
They try very hard to match people with the position
available and they are most proffessional in their
manner. "
